The impressive vaulted ceiling of the Citadel. Again, not in tip-top condition by any means, but it's held together admirably for almost 200 years!

One of the things that fascinate me so about American starforts is that, things have never really been built to last all that long in the United States. Churches, a few rich peoples' homes and government buildings are pretty much the only structures intended to still be standing for centuries...and starforts! A couple of centuries is nothing to the nations in Europe, but there's only been a United States for a couple of centuries, and this vaulted ceiling has been around for nearly that long!
